- Duration of the presentation is max. 10 min.
- Please provide your PowerPoint slides in 16:9 ratio.
- Send it at least 2 days in advance (22nd of September at latest) to reserveringen@eenhoornamersfoort.nl. They will check the slides on readability and any technical issues (e.g. images/videos). There will be no speaker room at the meeting location.
- Please bring your poster Portrait oriented and as A1 size printed.
- On Wednesday afternoon 25th of September all posters should be placed at the dedicated posterboards.
- You will present your poster either during the poster session on Thursday 26th of September (even poster number) or Friday 27th of September (uneven poster number).
- Please note that the poster number is different from your abstract number and provided to you via e-mail.
