Meeting Terms and Conditions
Cancellation by us
ETRS, WHS and SkinTERM reserve the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel an event we shall inform you as soon as possible using the contact details provided to us and you will be refunded minus costs inherent to the cancellation policy of the event venue (https://www.eenhoornamersfoort.nl/algemene-voorwaarden/).
Cancellation by you
All cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellations made before July 1st 2024 are refunded for 90%, cancellations made before August 24th 2024 are refunded for 65%. Any cancellations less than one month in advance will incur a full charge. By registering for the event, you have confirmed that you have read and understood our cancellation policy.
Photography, video and audio recordings
The ETRS-WHS-SkinTERM 2024 event may be photographed or video- and audio recorded. These materials will only be used for internal and external promotional purposes by the organisers.
If you object to appearing in the photographs, please let us know in advance by email to info@etrs2024.eu.
Insurance
When registering for ETRS-WHS-SkinTERM 2024, delegates agree that the organisation is not responsible for any individual medical, travel or personal insurance.
